TERMS & CONDITIONS PBC TICKET REGISTRATION

1. THE COMPETITION

 

1.1 The MM PHOTOS PBC Expo Ticket Competition ("the Competition") is promoted by MM PHOTOS in partnership with PBC Expo as a ticket sponsorship competition.

1.2 Entry into the Competition is open to any person who opts in to the Competition via the PBC Expo ticket purchase page during the entry period.

1.3 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

1.4 Entry is free. No purchase beyond the expo ticket is required to enter the Competition.

   2. ENTRY PERIOD

2.1 The Competition opens on 24th March 2026 and closes at 5PM AEST on 17th May 2026 ("the Closing Date").

2.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.

     3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The Competition is open to anyone who opts in via the PBC Expo ticket purchase page during the entry period.

3.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3.3 Employees of MM PHOTOS, PBC Expo, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.4 To be eligible, entrants must provide valid contact details including full name, email address, and phone number at the time of entry.

3.5 MM PHOTOS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

    4. THE MAJOR PRIZE

4.1 There is one (1) Major Prize available.

4.2 The Major Prize consists of:

• A professional newborn photography session at MM PHOTOS, 406/77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018

• A 5-piece acrylic wall art collection

• Retouching of chosen 5 images for artwork

4.3 The total retail value of the Major Prize is $4,495 (AUD).

4.4 The Major Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services. No change will be given if the prize is not used in full.

4.5 The Major Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date. Prizes not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.

4.6 The Major Prize is for a newborn photography session only. It cannot be used for any other session type including family, pet, maternity, or commercial photography.

4.7 The newborn session must be booked prior to the baby's birth and must take place within the first 21 days of the baby's life to ensure the best possible photographic result. MM PHOTOS will work with the winner to accommodate scheduling around the expected due date.

4.8 The acrylic wall art collection will be selected in consultation with the winner at the design/viewing session. Specific sizes and configurations are subject to availability and MM PHOTOS' standard product range at the time of redemption.

4.9 The Major Prize does include digital image files. The 5 images chosen for the acrylic artwork will be retouched by our editors. All other digital files will be left unretouched.

4.10 If the Major Prize winner is unable to redeem the prize due to circumstances outside their control (for example, pregnancy complications or medical circumstances), MM PHOTOS will make reasonable efforts to extend the redemption period on a case-by-case basis at MM PHOTOS' sole discretion.

     5. RUNNER-UP PRIZES

5.1 Entrants who do not win the Major Prize may be contacted by MM PHOTOS following the draw and offered a Runner-Up Prize.

5.2 The Runner-Up Prize consists of:

• A professional newborn photography session at MM PHOTOS, Rosebery NSW

• One (1) 12×8" matted fine art print

• One styling call

• One personalised design session

5.3 The Runner-Up Prize is complimentary and is offered as a consolation prize to some non-winning entrants who opt in to receive it.

5.4 The Runner-Up Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date.

5.5 The Runner-Up Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other MM PHOTOS offer, voucher, or gift card.

5.6 The Runner-Up Prize is subject to all standard MM PHOTOS portrait session terms and conditions as published at mmphotos.com.au/portrait-tcs, including but not limited to: booking deposit requirements, reschedule and cancellation policy, and viewing session attendance requirements.

5.7 MM PHOTOS reserves the right to withdraw the Runner-Up Prize offer at any time. Acceptance of the Runner-Up Prize constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions and MM PHOTOS' standard portrait T&Cs.

    6. THE DRAW

6.1 The winner will be announced on our Facebook page (facebook.com/mmphotosaustralia) on 18th May 2026 at 1:00PM AEST, following the close of the entry period.

6.2 The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received before the Closing Date. The draw will be conducted as follows:

• All valid entries will be collated in a spreadsheet

• One entry will be randomly selected using a random name generator formula

6.3 The draw will be conducted by MM PHOTOS or an authorised representative.

6.4 The Major Prize winner will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) days of the Draw Date.

6.5 If the Major Prize winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first notification attempt, MM PHOTOS reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

6.6 The winner's name will be announced via MM PHOTOS' social media pages and communicated to all entrants by email, subject to the winner's consent.

6.7 Some non-winning entrants will be contacted by MM PHOTOS with their Runner-Up Prize offer.

        7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 MM PHOTOS reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who, in MM PHOTOS' absolute discretion, is found to be abusing the Competition or acting in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 MM PHOTOS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or other circumstances that affect the integrity of the Competition.

7.3 To the extent permitted by law, MM PHOTOS and PBC Expo and their respective employees, agents, and affiliates accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant in connection with this Competition or the use of any prize.

7.4 By entering the Competition, entrants release MM PHOTOS, PBC Expo, and their related entities from all liabilities, loss, and damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Competition or receipt and use of any prize.

7.5 The prize is subject to availability. In the event that any element of the prize becomes unavailable, MM PHOTOS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7.6 Any costs associated with attending the session not explicitly included in the prize (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and parking) are the winner's sole responsibility.

7.7 A $100 fully refundable holding deposit is required to secure the session booking for both Major Prize and Runner-Up Prize redemptions, in accordance with MM PHOTOS' standard portrait T&Cs. This deposit is refunded in full upon attendance at the viewing/design session.

7.8 MM PHOTOS may use the winner's name, likeness, and images taken during the prize session for promotional and marketing purposes (including social media) unless the winner objects in writing prior to the session.

    8. PRIVACY

8.1 Personal information collected from entrants as part of this Competition will be used by MM PHOTOS solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and, with the entrant's consent, for future marketing communications from MM PHOTOS.

8.2 MM PHOTOS will not share personal information with any third party other than PBC Expo for the purposes of administering this Competition, except where required by law.

8.3 Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications from MM PHOTOS at any time by contacting info@mmphotos.com.au or by replying STOP to any SMS communication.

8.4 MM PHOTOS' full privacy policy is available at mmphotos.com.au.

    9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 This Competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
